1. Lightning-Fast Order Processing
- Processing Speed: All orders placed Monday through Friday are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will ship the next business day.
- Same-Day Handling Cutoff: If your order is received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, it will be processed the same day in most cases. Orders after the cutoff will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is scanned in by the carrier.
2. Shipping Origin – We Ship From the U.S.
We do not dropship or ship from overseas warehouses. Every order is physically packed and shipped from: Mineola, NY 11501 USA
This means faster transit, no international customs delays, and direct domestic tracking from start to finish.
3. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories.

- UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air – where available)
The carrier and service level will be based on the shipping option you select at checkout.

4. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times
Transit time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our Mineola facility, not from the moment you order. Below are our standard domestic options:
- Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days, $5.99
- Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days, $14.99
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may be affected by extreme weather, peak holiday volume, or other unforeseen events. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
- Any shipping cost promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied at checkout.
5. Address Accuracy & Corrections
- Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout. We ship quickly, and changes may not be possible after an order is submitted.
- If you spot an error, email us immediately at support@oempowerus.com. If the package hasn't shipped, we will correct it at no charge. If it has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, and the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your power adapter arrives with physical damage, keep all packaging and take clear photos of the box and the product. Email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement (including shipping) at no charge, or issue a full refund.
- Lost / Missing Packages: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please: Check with other household members, neighbors, and around your property. Contact your local post office or USPS facility with the tracking number. If the package remains missing, notify us within 5 days of the delivery scan. We will initiate a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund will be issued after the carrier officially confirms the loss.
- Delays: We are not liable for carrier-related delays, but we will always assist you in tracking down a delayed package and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
