Because we specialize in genuine, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) power adapters, network components, and commercial parts, our return policy is designed to balance buyer protection with technical hardware accuracy. Please read our policy carefully below:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (according to carrier tracking data) to request a return for a refund or replacement. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions & Buyer's Responsibility for Compatibility
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your adapter arrives physically damaged during transit or exhibits immediate functional defects, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a 100% full refund or ship a free replacement immediately.
  • Buyer's Error / Bought by Mistake: Power adapters require strict voltage, amperage, and connector tip size matching. If you purchased the wrong item because you misread your device model or tip size, you are still eligible for a return within 30 days, provided the item is in its original, unaltered condition.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

For Returns Due to Buyer's Error (e.g., ordered wrong part, changed mind, no longer needed):

  • The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs back to our US warehouse.
  • he original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your final refund if the item is returned open, used, or missing its original packaging materials.

For Returns Due to Our Error (e.g., sent wrong item, defective item):

  • We will bear 100% of the return shipping costs via a prepaid USPS label.
How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please do not open a dispute directly. Kindly submit your request via the "Contact Us" page on our website or reply directly to your order confirmation email. Please provide your Order Number and a clear photo of the product's specification label for fast technical identification.

Refund Process

Once your return package is received and inspected at our US local warehouse, we will send you a notification email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Cancellations & Refused Deliveries

Please note that all orders are dispatched rapidly within 24 hours from our US facility. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been picked up by the carrier. If a delivery is refused by the buyer at the destination address, the return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the buyer's refund.
